Arby's - Caldwell

Never have a bad experience with this chain ..no matter where I go.

Friendly staff, nice clean store. Took a little longer than normal to receive my order, even though the number of customers was not that many.

Drive thru was closed sohad to go in ... Lobby looked like it hasn't been touched on two years.... tables were covered with food and trash , Ice machine was out of ice , only had small lids for cups and napkins were never takin out of brown shipping wrapper. Took 20 mins to place an order and to top it all off we didn't even get what we ordered... I guess it's what we have to look forward too with this generation?

Can never stay open cause lack of workers. Closes at 11-12 most night. Pretty alright fast food but some mysterious creatures working the back some times...

Probably the last time I eat at an Arby's. Food was pure nasty and cold. How do they stay in business??
