It was a confirmation of the quality of this room, amazing dishes of the Tuscan tradition, served with attention and kindness, combined in this case with live jazz music and superlative wines presented and served by sommeliers . A timballo of rice with lampredotto on black cabbage cream and a wild boar with pine nuts and citrus accompanied by polenta are two of the dishes that have flooded us with aromas, flavors and transported with the jazz spirit in a unique and satisfying atmosphere. Thanks to all of you of Cavatappi, to the kitchen brigade all women.. , to the room, to those who set up all this. Thanks to Roberto, Emiliano and the other amazing musicians of Cantinajazz. Goed with my wife, who wanted to try the place for her project, we participated in an evening tour pizza and music. The staff was very courteous and professional.
