La Buca Di Carmine - PISA

I have been to Pisa several times, but this was the first time at Buca. Possibly the best meal I have had in Pisa ever, certainly the best on this 4 day trip. The food was sublime with amazing attention to detail, the service was very efficient, the waiter was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and amusing. The price was very reasonable for the overall experience. Top on my list to visit the next time I am in Pisa.

This was our first meal out in Pisa, and was our anniversary dinner. The food was exceptional. One of the best we had in Italy. The Octopus on smoked mash was to die for. The local wine was great also. The owner is very passionate about his food, and it shows. Great food Great evening

It was my first night in Pisa, and I had the best meal of my holiday. Started with a tartare of ricola, which was fresh that day, then a tagliatelli with the most incredible tomatoe sauce with octopus and olives. And a great tiramisu to finish off. The meal was so good, i booked to go back on my last night in Pisa

It was a pleasant discovery. excellent bordatino, typical dish of traditional Pisan cuisine.

Excellent Florentine the best I ate in pisa
