Great service, food, and lovely, friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. We have been coming here for years on a weekly basis and are proud to consider it a ‘local’.

I have to say my usual experience is as expected fast food good reasonable drink but wow when beer off its off, the worthy was the worst I had every drunk and the staff couldn’t tell a bad beer when serving

It’s fair to say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Wetherspoons The manager who was on shift on the 29th September was totally out of her depth. The person in question has no customer service skills no manors and no respect towards customers When I asked for a receipt for a void transaction she couldn’t provide one and the attitude was just and check you bank When I asked again for a receipt she said I getting the door staff to kick you out. On a positive note the door staff were very understanding and agreed with me etc well done to the gentleman who I spoke to

Service poor Food poor Steak had a lot of grizzle Was warm Ordered cider but wasn't asked the waitress to change it and she wasn't very keen to do it, she then re ordered it and actually smelt the fresh pint and gave it to me! She explained it was the last of the barel I had to go and change it again !

Absolutely shocking! Food arrives cold. Both breakfast cold. Last time it was a fridge cold apparently grilled tomato. This time everything was cold. Sent it back and waited another ten mins to be given cold breakfast again. All sent back now off for lunch somewhere as I'm starving.
