Bidrage med feedbackThis review is for their is for dimsum. We arrived may be 10 min after they opened, and they only have one table left for 4. Lucky us. They also have outdoor seating. There are not many choices for dimsum. They are all regular items which you can also find at any other dimsum restaurant except the broiled sticky rice with wasabi sauce. It tastes similar to the one wrapped in lotus leaf, but this one is broiled. It is unique, and it is very filling. I like this restaurant on the view. You can see planes take off and land from your seat. Service is ok. Our servers are pretty nice. If you plan to visit for dimsum, my suggestion to to come before they open so there will be no wait time. If not, your wait time can vary, and also, typical chinese restaurant they will give priority to their regular first.
Great quality of Chinese food. Very good view to over see the flight come in and out from SFO. Large dining area and seating space. Easy parking. They have all kinds of fresh seafood selections. Worth the visit ?Geoduck 1.5LB with two different preparation dishes. I love both. Poach with beansprout and cook with sizzling rice in the vegetable broth.
Our party of 7 had dinner on late July and my favorite was Geoduck Clam done two ways! The stir fry was done very well and so was the soup made from the head! We order additional 8 dishes which were decent but wasn’t spectacular!I’ve never had dinner here before, only had dim sum because usually go to the location off Grand Ave in SSF. We happen to be staying at the hotel that was right next to HL, so might as well try dinner here! They do have a great view of the bay if you make reservations early!
I am not an expert on authentic Chinese cuisine. If you've ever lived in the Midwest you know probably know what I thought Chinese food was growing up.My wife's family are experts on Chinese cuisine and this is one of their favorite places.Tonight, the salted egg kabocha and crab was delicious. The steamed red bean dessert buns were delicious as usual. We tried the taro variety as well and they were great, too.I have never tried sea bass until a few months ago, but it was such a treat. I see what the hype is about. The staff is usually very attentive. The place is almost always packed, so sometimes the servers seem rushed, but not too bad. Maybe park across the street when the offices are closed.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a nice long ramp that has a switchback to help make it less steep. There is also an elevator to access the upper floor
Great cantonese food with airplanes landing and takeoff views. We ordered chicken, pork intestine and white pepper soup which was a nice one to have just before traveling. It is conveniently located less than 10 mins drive SFO terminals.
