Moura's New York Style Deli - Buffalo

1st time to Mouras and thought it’d be a bit more than a hole in the wall style deli. That said, the food and service were both great and there’s a park right across the street with a load of benches to enjoy your lunch. Definitely will go again, just adjust your seating expectations, cause there ain’t much! Oh and their homemade cookies were also delish!

The sandwich and soup were fantastic. Always love stopping in for lunch.

When I got back to my office I realized they made my sandwich completely wrong so I called hoping to get a refund since my lunch break was over and I didn’t have the time to walk back and get it fixed. The girl on the phone said they could only give a credit and hung up on me with no explanation. I went back 2 weeks later to try them again and use my “credit” but they said they had no recollection of that conversation and that I needed proof which they didn’t say anything about initially. The front counter girl is also very rude and cold. I will not be going back which is sad because people had told me good things about the food

I miss this place dearly. Owner is super cool guy, staff busts their tails to move the line fast... freshest and tastiest sammiches in the land!
