Moe's Southwest Grill - Buffalo

We were particularly looking forward to the chips and queso, but unfortunately, they were so salty that we couldn't eat them at all, which was disappointing. Furthermore, while we were dining, some staff members were distracted, talking about how the phone kept ringing repeatedly. One employee seemed overwhelmed as she answered calls and locked the doors. We felt quite confused about what was happening, especially when I overheard the employee on the phone say something unsettling about a threat to the establishment. To our shock, we later learned from that same employee that a man had called in a threatening manner. Why wasn't any information communicated to us sooner? We felt blindsided and nervous, particularly with our child present. Instead of enjoying our meal, we ended up packing our food to go. Overall, it was an incredibly stressful and unpleasant experience, and we felt for the employees dealing with this situation. In the end, it turned into a regrettable night out, and we felt like we had wasted $43.

I visited the restaurant recently, and I stopped by again tonight. Unfortunately, it wasn't as good as I remembered. It made me realize why I had stopped coming. The food was decent, and the service was fine, but there was nothing that excited me or made me want to return. It seems like the quality may have declined.

Slow and bottom is sticky and disgusting. many commands are wrong. child-friendly: children's meals are reasonable if they remember to give the cookie.

Dreadful service! Do not waste their time coming to this place. day workers are in order, but night workers suck.

Food is always fresh and accurate. Pick up times are fair and always ready when scheduled
