Blackbird Sweets (hertel Ave) - Buffalo

This charming shop offers a wide variety of options. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I tried the Pride rainbow cookie, and it was amazing! I can't wait to sample the ravioli from the Pasta Peddler located in the same building.

We buy their cupcakes for every birthday. The best in the city. Very happy to have them in our neighborhood and the support they provide as a small business to North Buffalo is awesome.

I never realized that this bakery is actually right next door to Kostas. I've walked by several times without noticing it was there. Anyway, I decided to check it out after seeing a negative post about it and wanted to show my support. I got a slice of PRIDE cake and a cookie. The cake was moist and delicious, although it was a bit too sweet for my taste. I would skip the frosting on top and between the layers next time. I warmed up the cookie and really enjoyed it; it was individually packaged. I'm not sure if they were baked the same day or not. The selection was a bit limited, maybe because it was the weekend? Next time, I'll try some cupcakes. It is a bit pricey, but everything seems to be these days!

Super delicious bakery treats that taste out of this world, and the best part they also have really amazing homemade pasta and sauces. Try out everything. Its worth it. The owner was great and helpful with the choices of food I picked. Thank you for all the great treats.

I really enjoy visiting this place, and the staff are incredibly friendly! The baked goods are consistently high-quality. I'm a huge fan of the crumble cakes.
