Arby's - Buffalo

I don't know if the shift manager is there or not but the one time we ate at this particular place the manager was a little rude that we were side of EVERYONE's way to wait for our food; say that we should get away from the counter and she will call us when it's ready! This was well before the overall social distancing guidelines. How you speak to a paying client as a manager says a lot about how you treat your employees.

I liked this restaurant but just wanted to let everyone know that it is permanently closed

The woman who just served me at the Galleria mall deserves a gold star. I asked for a gyro salad she said they didnt make them brain stormed for a min and turned a sandwich into an awesome salad. So polite and helpful!!

I went just before closing and received more for my buck. Good time to go to the Galleria Mall for a MALL WALK!

Service was good fries were cold and sandwhich was warm not the best fo warmth.
