Noodles Company - Buffalo Grove

We love Noodles and Company. This location is spacious and very well kept. Nice staff and great food. This is a A on my list.

We visited and ordered take out. The staff was friendly and efficient. My only comment is you can hear the staff and their complaints etc. We heard a lot of comments about the previous shift manager that left the place a mess. That being said, thefood was cooked to order and the best I've had from this location. Delish

Can't go wrong with Noodles& company . Food came quickly. everything was delicious. Server was also very friendly! Highly recommended!

Do NOT order delivery through the app at this location. Several times already, they've mess up my order or missed an item. Today, I ordered through their app/website online (which they encourage users to do especially points members... there was noway for me to contact my delivery person to let them know they missed an item and when I try to call the store to talk to a realperson, it hangs up on you. This is very unprofessional, and corporate makes it hard to get in contact with anyone who actuallyhas the information that could help you. Here's a radical idea corporate: don't allow an understaffed restaurant to take orders.

Living close, we used to go at least 1-2 times every week. Used to be great and occasionally still was. Unfortunately seems like the quality is decreasing. Had a negative experience when we found a piece of plastic about the size of a nickel was mixed inwith our noodles and the store did not care to respond back via phone or email support. Do not do curbside pickup, choosepickup and walk in instead, it will be much quicker.
