Original Bagel Bialy - Buffalo Grove

One of my favorite places in buffalo grove! eating is fresh, and I can't stress how a blt on challah is a crazy good combination. their large selection and great portion sizes ensure that everyone is well fed and happy. the personal is so sweet and the owner, lon is very attentive when it comes to commentary and feedback. immediately recommended to all my office partners.

The best deli around, literally everything is great here. they also have the best beef, 10/10.

Good food, normal High . But service is slow and backwards. 1) ask your phone? Why for a cup of coffee and a bagel? Then someone try’s to enter your order electronically , come on at a Jewish deli and most decide as they order , give me extra lox, more please, let’s try the Tuna? The cookies look good. You can’t add once the order is entered. Then you watch all the staff walk around with there heads down and trying to decipher the small print order and usually the person who did not take the order is the one who messes the order up. And your visit takes 2 times longer then other any Deli in the Chicagoland area. 10 minutes to get a order if your the only one ordering? 20 minutes if 2 people are ahead of you.

This place is really going down hill. Pastrami was so fatty I could not chew it. Bread was stale. Service was horrible. I used to love this place. Now I will never go back again. You lost a customer for life
