Stroker's Bbq - Feedback

So....... The food truck. It's NOT GOOD. Pulled pork- no flava-flave. For real though, needs salt and yeah, flavor. It just lacked. Bbq sauce barely had flavor....

We had some pulled pork sandwiches and Mac and Cheese from Stroker's outside of Smoketown Brewing Station. It was the best bbq I've had in Maryland.

The pulled pork was excellent, and the mac and cheese might be the best I've ever tasted.

Ribs were very fatty, very gelatinous. Not of very good quality.

I had the pulled pork and bacon mac cheese. All I wanted to do was sleep afterwards. Perfect!!!
