Starbucks Coffee - Brookings

I cant drink much coffee anymore but I do live me my starbucks

This Starbucks is located inside Hy-Vee and doesn't have its own drive-thru. Once you enter the store, you'll find it directly ahead just past the doors. Keep in mind that this location tends to get quite busy, as it's situated in a strip mall, and the parking lot can get pretty crowded. It would be great if they could move to a larger space. I've stopped by for coffee a few times while shopping and have had no issues with their service or drink quality. As a treat, I often opt for a fancier coffee rather than just a regular cup of Joe. I've also had the baristas prepare non-caffeinated drinks for my daughters, and they are always very helpful in suggesting options. I find Starbucks a bit pricey, so I typically save up gift cards from places like Verizon before I decide to stop by. This location often features small tables and shelves displaying Starbucks merchandise for sale. Overall, they have a decent menu—slightly smaller than what you'd find at a standalone location—but there are still enough options to find something enjoyable.

I really appreciate the staff and their efforts to make the most of what they have. You always make my coffee delicious!

I always receive a warm welcome here. However, I noticed that some customers before and after me were rude to the staff during the long wait. It's important to remember that we're still in a pandemic, and many restaurants are short-staffed. Even though there were delays, the employees maintained their professionalism. I sympathized with them and spoke up when I saw others being rude, all while I patiently waited for my order!

This place has quite a lot of ALWAYS cool cups!
