Cottonwood Coffee - Brookings

There was only 1 dude that manned the register, the bar and the kitchen so that a reheated bagel and quiche lasted half an hour to get, and the quiche was terrible. the coffee was at the top.

I feel bad to leave a not so good review because I love this place. but last time I was there on 10/12/21I ordered a hot chai, and a rub panini sandwich-the chai was warm and tasted mostly like milk. the ruben panini, which is intended to have carved bark in it, had fryed beef, the cheese was not melted, and there was hardly any sour herb or dressing so that it was super dry I was so disappointed

Almost every time I was here, there seems to be another person working, but they all seem a little insecure what they do. I'm not sure if it's a workout or just a high turnover. Sometimes the coffee is good and right, and other paints I am not sure what it is doing for me.

Great place! one of the coolest things is that they are open until 9:00 o'clock! (in contrast to many other caffes in the environment) thank you!

Friendly staff and good tea, but you won’t be impressed by the bathrooms. The men’s room is dirty and the toilet seat and vent fan are broken.There’s also a ceiling light in the main seating area that makes a constant loud buzzing sound.With a little TLC this place would be great.
