The Moon And Stars - BROMLEY

I have visited the moon and stars on a few occasions. The management staff are so welcoming and that does mean the rest of the all the staff. I would recommend the moon and stars to anyone. Thank you guys for making our trip enjoyable. Kind regards Simon Jacques

Extremely rude staff member Courtney, has been disrespectful to my dad on several occasions, swearing and shouting over the bar and even at her own colleagues. Don’t think I’m wrong in assuming none of her colleagues like working with her, she’s the only downside to this place, wonderful otherwise.

Stewart was incredibly polite and cheerful, constantly moving to ensure the tables were clean and tidy, and serving drinks with a smile. He is a valuable asset to the team and deserves recognition for his hard work.

I had a terrible experience with a woman named Courtney at this restaurant. She was extremely rude and condescending, calling me 'bubbs' without my permission. The manager, a rude woman with black hair, was also unprofessional. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

I used to enjoy this restaurant, but the staff behind the bar are now rude and indifferent to customers. The service has declined significantly, likely due to incompetent management who do not seem to care about their customers. Additionally, the tables and carpets are dirty during the day because the bar staff appear to believe they are too good to clean. When I requested for a table to be cleaned, I was rudely handed a spray and cloth to do it myself. Despite being a long-time patron, I will no longer be returning as I miss the old, friendly staff.
