Sanctuary Cafe - BROMLEY

I visited the Sanctuary Cafe with my daughter last week before attending the 'Tiddlers ' group at the church. It was so lovely and I can 't believe that we have never been there before! The staff were very friendly and came over to talk to us several times while we were there and one of the staff showed us the 'specials ' board and told us what we could have. I ended up choosing a toasted teacake and a hot chocolate with cream from the menu which were both very nice. My daughter had a cheese sandwich, but was more excited about the toys that were available for her to play with! We will definately be visiting the cafe again soon and I 'll be telling other people about it too!!

We loved visiting the Sanctuary Cafe again. Some of the best light refreshments in town in an unhurried peaceful environment where nothing seems too much trouble. Free WiFi and parking as well.We'll be back..next week!

A true breath of fresh air coming in here. The surroundings are relaxing and the service is friendly. There's a good choice of lunchtime food, cakes, hot drinks and soft drinks. I think all profits made go a charity and all the staff are church volunteers.

I took my mother in law for lunch on a Thursday. We were quickly seated and made to feel most welcome. The staff are particularly friendly. My mother in law is 'gluten free ' and was offered a variety of options settling on the gammon and cheddar toasted sandwich. I matched her choice of filling but in a Panini. Her latte was of a generous portion and my request for a 'strong ' tea was met with an extra bag in the pot ! Both the sandwich and Panini came with a mixed salad which was more than a passing garnish. They were not 'shy ' with the gammon and indeed my mother in law did not finish the third of her three sandwiches rest assured I made certain it did not go to waste! Though not formally part of the café a wide selection of quality home made cards are available and at £1 a card are both less expensive and superior to those available on the High Street. The Sanctuary Café offers quality food and drink with service second to none and is truly a Sanctuary for its patrons We will return again

As I am in a wheelchair or scooter, it is very limiting where I can visit with level access disabled toilet facilities. The sanctuary covers all my needs. Added to this the food drink is amazing! Catering for my gluten free needs too! There are very few places that cover all this anywhere! The staff are helpful very pleasant too. Thank you to all who make this place possible.
