Costa Coffee - BROMLEY

On a recent visit back to Petts Wood, agreed to meet friends in Costa! What has happened since we left! The coffee shop is tired, staff look fed up and working in auto pilot, drink quality, dreadful, (Tea and Coffee below standard), the place is filthy and needs some real tender love and care. Please don't get me started on the toilets, what is going on? The door handle broken, the toilet is absolutely filthy and the smell, if I wasn't so desperate I wouldn't have bothered, I wish I had walked out and peed in my pants! After school we would love to visit for a catch up with friends for a coffee and toasted sandwich, standards have slipped massively. Costa needs put the love back into the coffee shop (you are the biggest in Petts Wood) and motivate your staff. You have so much competition around you, with clean, great coffee establishments, what has happened?

Not a place I'd visit again,or any of their others. Always well dirty windows,didn't risk the toilets,Coffee well overated,pretty much a Mc D, but everyone to their own taste.......Certainly not my cup of Tea......

Great service from the team there, shop is clean and tidy but toilets do need updating.

The food was great, but the opening hours shown on Google have been incorrect for over a year.

Usual Costa, but very tired looking. In need of refurbishment.
