Love this place! Friendly, fast service with delicious food. I have had many specials, ordered off the menu and had a meat n cheese platter for an event. Carrie Knofe goes above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend Knofe's Edge Cafe

This place is great. They catered for my grandmother's wedding and it was perfect. They are so friendly and their food is amazing. Not only is their catering awesome but I've been to Bob Hope Village where they cook lunch daily and it is just as good. They always find time while cooking to converse with the residents and also make sure food is out in time. I highly recommend going here if you are ever looking for a good, local place to eat.

Knife's Edge is delicious! It is a hidden treasure located at Bob Hope Village. Carrie has lots of options to choose from with great prices and I have not been disappointed yet the Smoked Turkey Melt and Lasagna are AWESOME!!

If you want excellent food, and a huge variety to boot, Knife's Edge is where you want to go. They have daily lunch specials Monday through Friday, and also a menu to order off of if you would rather. Her Key Lime Pie is to die for. Anyone who has had authentic key lime pie will love it! I could go on and on, but you really have to try them for lunch at Bob Hope Village. Oh. Did I mention the salad bar and how much variety? You will not be disappointed!

The food at Bob Hope Village is always wonderful and well priced. There?s plenty of room for big parties. The staff is friendly. It?s very quick to get in and out if you have a short lunch.
