I really liked the pretzel with the bourbon cheese sauce, and the sausage platter with the roasted potatoes was delicious.The ryes were pretty good, some of the whiskey seemed a bit young but the limoncello was very tasty. A cool stop a bit out of the way.

This was our first visit and we did a tour and tasting. The tour is great and very informative and Tobias was amazing at explaining everything. The pretzel is a food you should order for sure! Drinks are A+ along with friendly staff and great environment. I can't say enough great things about this family owned business with a great conservation attitude. Ask about it on your tour. We will be back a lot!

In town for California and my local friends recommend this spot. The Drinks were amazing and so much to choose from. The pizza was PERFECT, service was impeccable. If your local or just in town for the day, this is worth the stop.

Spirits made by 45 parallel are good across the board. Patio is quaint yet dog friendly which was a huge plus for our family. The Old fashioned slushee was the best drink on the menu and the perfect cure for a hot summer day. The pizzas made in the wood fired oven are great and oh my short list of favorite pizzas to come back to.

Highly recommend. Service is always amazing. Food, especially the pizza, is great and the cocktails are delicious! The employees are super friendly! In the summer they have one of the sides of the building fully open which was nice to feel like I was outside while sitting inside out of the sun. I have done a tour and touring and Tobias is by far one of the best tour guides I have had. If you haven’t been, you need to check it out!
