Milwaukee Burger Company - Hudson

Food was good, not great but as per my normal scale better than average for the same price/ same type of food. Wings,burgers and curds are decent.The Hudson location has some terrible wait staff. I like seeing 5/6 servers especially in a place like this so you get service: we weren 't afforded that. Had to flag down multiple waiters and waitresses to get a drink refill that often took 15-18mins.Biggest gripe was eating with the wife who has a dairy and gluten sensitivity we know what to look for. We mentioned it were going to order pretty safe options and waitress said she had a sensitivity to dairy also and regularly eats the plain burger. Knowing that most places toast buns with butter we brought this up: was assured this wasn 't a problem. Bun came toasted in butter. We tried flagging someone done but they didn 't check back for 20mins which is the standard check on how good is tasting after 5mins. Waited 20mins for a beer from bar, waited 17 mins to ask for a kids lemonade refill another 12 after we placed it.Better service if you go to McDonalds.For my money I 'd spend more in downtown Hudson and get super service or less and get better at 5 guys or McDonalds.Dietary restrictions: Terrible options for any sort of allergen. They won 't accommodate you and will lie about certain things.

Come here for the food, not the service! The cheese curds and burgers are truly fantastic. Great selection of beer! I’d recommend staying away from the fries, but everything else is good.Be careful with the milkshake/burger/fry combo. It’s probably cheaper to order a burger and milkshake separately. I wish I understood this before ordering; I would have saved a few dollars.The staff are friendly, but overworked. The menus were greasy. The plates that were given to us were dirty. We had a hard time getting the correct beer. The server comped one, but then continued to bring the wrong beer. They have a loyalty program, but we weren’t able to check in: no info about how to do it on the receipt and the waitress didn’t help us with it.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we will definitely be returning. The burgers were fantastic. I tried the Jalapeño cheddar burger and my wife had The Hangover Burger, both were delicious. The gluten-free bun was also excellent, which is not always the case with gluten-free options. There are several other burgers on the menu that caught my eye, so I look forward to trying them next time. The atmosphere was enjoyable, especially if you like sports bar settings similar to Buffalo Wild Wings. Maybe next time I'll come during a game that I want to watch. Our server was excellent, very attentive.
