Bidrage med feedbackOne star because none isn't an option. The sheer incompetence of this staff overwhelms me on a regular basis. My wife and I, who live in Bristol, drive to the New Hampton Dunkins, requiring we drive past the Bristol location to get there. My wife ordersgreen tea, she gets some odd peach concoction that she didn't ask for. We say 8 splenda, they give 1. Every sandwich isincorrect and if its not, theres a hair on it, as happened today when she stopped quickly there because she was getting on thehighway and didnt want to have to go out of the way. I came on here for the phone number to once again call and complain, butthen I remembered the last few times we tried that. They did nothing. Empty apologies. Promises that it wont be happening againand then it happens again and again. Rude employees saying its not THEIR fault! And then I saw the rating. 4 stars. 4 STARS!?Are you all sure you are reviewing the right location. Everyone I know agrees this Dunkins is leagues below any other in thestate so I question the validity of these reviews. Maybe they are pressuring customers to give them good reviews with donutbribes or some ridiculousness, but it is my hope that any who seek guidance to a Dunks of worth heed my warning, and trust thatmy words carry fact and truth, THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE FOR COFFEE, TEA OR FOOD AND THEIR ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS RETRAINING ORREPLACING.
Coffees came fats line moves nicely. We appreciate this dunks and it's employees for being there.
I stopped by to buy doughnuts, but since it was late in the day, the selection was limited. Usually, I’m in and out quickly, and the staff is always polite and helpful. Great service!
I live nearby and usually the service is quite good and the food was decent, but that's not the case anymore. The staff has been rude, practically rolling their eyes whenever I tried to adjust my order. When my water was incorrect, I asked one of the employees, who was just standing around, to bring me the missing donut. When he finally returned, he practically threw it at me. Honestly, if this had happened 10 years ago, I think it would have turned out differently. Overall, it's a terrible location. They don't even carry a full menu like other Dunkin' locations; for example, they only have jelly munchkins, and when I asked about onion bagels, they just said they don't have them on the menu. I won't forget this place and would rather drive to the Dunkin' in New Hampton or Plymouth instead.
The incompetence of the staff today is unbelievable. Nancy was the only one who seemed to know what she was doing. My sandwich came with raw bacon, despite my request for it to be well done. We waited 10 minutes for our iced coffee. Another customer who asked for a heated apple fritter was met with rudeness, and of course, they didn't heat it up. There was no manager (Sherry) present, and the rest of the staff clearly didn’t know how to do their jobs. Foodborne illness is a serious issue. Please do better.
