We were seated by the windows and getting their attention was a little difficult on the odd occasion.<br/ <br/ Choices: great sized menu one page! for someone like me that often gets decision making trauma at restaurants, this was perfect). The wine list is excellent for a venue of this type so spoilt was I for choice that I couldn't make up my mind and ended up having a couple of beers happy hour is Mon Wed 4:00 6:30pm btw... 25% off all alcoholic beverages). <br/ <br/ Food: no issues. We had the braised lamb shoulder $48) to share, tomato salad medley, sauteed green beans with eshallots and chopped hazelnuts) and a platter of cheese, pickles, prosciutto salad watercress, fennel and radish) $24). I was quite surprised by the beans they were quite a taste sensation! I'll be back for those!! <br/ <br/ We also had the chocolate tart, the apple tartatin and the creme brulee. I'd come back for the chocolate tart.<br/ <br/ Value for money: Fairly good, we had copious) drinks and approximately 2.3 courses for a pp cost of about $75. This was helped along by happy hour and the complimentary inclusion of 2 sides with the lamb M F, 6 8pm promo).<br/ <br/ Verdict: Would go again.
We dined at this restaurant on a Friday night and received excellent service from the wait staff. The prices were very reasonable. My fiancé enjoyed the delicious wagyu burger, while I chose the truffle chips and chorizo and chickpea tapas, which were very tasty. We definitely plan to return to try their desserts!

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic. The menu is great, especially the breakfast menu...but they recently removed mushrooms from it! How could they do such a thing? Mushrooms are not that bad. Please, bring back the mushrooms! I miss them so much. It's been a year without them, and I've had enough. Bring back the mushrooms!
