Bidrage med feedbackI absolutely adore this hidden gem. The coffee is excellent, the desserts are amazing, and the service is top-notch. Be sure to try the Christmas shortbread, muffins, and pretty much anything else on the menu - everything is delicious.
This restaurant offers Campos Coffee and a delightful array of decadent desserts. I had already enjoyed a sweet treat earlier in the day, so I opted for a coffee instead. I ordered a flat white with a double shot in a medium-sized glass. The first sip revealed strong liquorice flavors. The coffee was incredibly smooth, well-presented, and the service was excellent. Additionally, the restaurant is very pet-friendly, which contributed to my high rating.
It was a peaceful and tranquil afternoon at the restaurant. The selection of pastries and sweets in the display case looked so tempting that I couldn't resist grabbing one. I chose a maple and walnut tart along with an iced latte. The tart was good, with a wonderfully buttery and crumbly base, but the filling was a bit dry and the maple syrup had a slightly bitter/burnt taste. The coffee was strong, so I asked for some milk to lighten it up. The prices were a bit on the higher side, but fair for homemade items.
Awww l absolutely loved this little cafe. It was soo adorable. Clearly very kid and pet friendly. Cute little yummy treats. My chai latte was seriously the best chai latte l ever had. Service was so friendly and polite. Perfect cafe for before and after school pick ups. Very popular with parents. Perfectly located. Loved it.
My hairdresser is next door to this scrumptious looking patisserie, but I have never had the opportunity before today to check it out. Even though it was another hot day in Brisbane, their tables chairs set up out on the footpath look so inviting and incredibly a lovely breeze picked up every now and then.Inside, the interior is very white and regal in appearance with 2 chandeliers and a perfectly presented display cabinet full of baked goodies.Ok, like I said it was hot, I still decided to try the Thai Chicken Curry Pie for $7.50. For the size I thought it was a little pricey, but once I tasted this flakey pastry of deliciousness, I was sold. The thai curry flavour was there, but not too overpowering for a hot day.The coffee being campos coffee beans, the flat white was full of flavour and lovely and hot.I had to try the cakes, so we decided to buy a lemon curd lamington custard sponge to take home for afternoon tea. They were nice, but not amazing! I have had worse, but the flavours just weren't there. Its certainly in the right area to cater to the ladies doing lunch, but I would most probably go back for a caffiene hit and a pie, but at that price I might not too.
