I arrived at the restaurant at 8pm on a Thursday night, craving a whole chicken. Unfortunately, the employee informed me that they were out of chicken. Isn't that what you sell? It's 8pm. Step up your game. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The hot honey fried chicken is absolutely delicious, and was bigger than I expected. Chips were their usual good quality. They have switched to Pepsi, but should switch back to Coke. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4

Really poor service. Reds burgers advertised as $4.95 but charged $8.25. When queried was told you specifically have to ask for the $4.95 price even though they are the same burger. Shady practices by red rooster. Will never buy from them again, no way will I support such dishonest and misleading advertising. Since I can't reply to the red rooster rep who just replied to my review. I actually did send the feedback to red rooster directly with my email and contact number and no one contacted.
