Bidrage med feedbackLa Pinsa is an amazing local Italian restaurant. Their truffle pork gnocchi is absolutely amazing, as are all of their pinsas! The pizza crust is reminiscent of what you would find in Italy. I highly recommend this place for both the delicious food and the fantastic atmosphere. The owner, who is an Italian man, is also very charming.
Last Friday, I went to this restaurant with a group of friends. The setting was charming and gave me a cozy, warm feeling (possibly due to the amount of red wine I had). I ordered the shrimp spaghetti, which was delicious - the juicy prawns mixed with diced pancetta made a perfect combination. I decided to add some of their homemade chili oil, which was a nice touch for my taste. The portion size was generous and filling, and our food arrived promptly. Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant.
The crusts of the Diavola and Salsiccia Pomodorini pizzas were both crispy yet soft, with no sogginess at all. The Salsiccia Pomodorini in particular was exceptional, with perfectly blistered pockets of goodness. The toppings were well-balanced, with tasty pork fennel sausage on one pizza and spicy salami on the other. The only thing lacking was a more robust flavor in the sauce. I appreciate quality over quantity, and the simple yet delicious pizzas at this restaurant exceeded my expectations. Hopefully we can secure a table at their cozy trattoria in Paddo soon, as we have tried unsuccessfully in the past. A dine-in experience is definitely on the agenda.
We love La Pinsa! Go there regularly for its fresh pizza bases and delicious pasta. But most of all La Pinsa staff are consistently warm and generous in their hospitality. It's a little home away from home. Go La Pinsa you good thing!! Genuine Italia!
Pretty good food. The Margherita pizza was great although was a little to cheesy but the crust was perfect. Service was a bit confusing, for example byo on Monday and Tuesday but not on other days, but still is a pretty good restaurant.
