Bidrage med feedbackAlright here I go. FAMBAM was craving Pizza when we moved to Brisbane. Didn't know where to go. Only place we found was Domino's. Reluctantly ordered it even though we never had a good experience with Domino's in NY/NJ. AAAANNNNDDD we were right. Wasn't a good experience. Really???? I'm still in search of good PIZZA!!!
The Hiding Foodster has been singing the praises of Domino's for the past several weeks. I haven't been to a Domino's in Australia in over five years, so I decided it was time to see if Domino's has reinvented themselves and figured something out. I ordered two pizzas from the value menu, a thin crust pepperoni and a deep dish cheese. They advertise these pizzas for $5, but it turns out that is only if you order online, otherwise they are $5.95. I briefly contemplated ordering online from my phone from within the shop, but couldn't be bothered. Unfortunately, the pepperoni pizza's crust was burned around the edges. Not badly, but enough so that I didn't eat the crust to avoid the char. The pepperoni was good, the sauce was plentiful and flavourful, and the crust was surprisingly light and much less greasy than what you get at Pizza Hut. The deep dish cheese pizza was boring. The crust was light and spongy, but it lacked flavour. The sauce was good, but there wasn't very much cheese on it - far less than you get on a Pizza Hut classic for $5. Two pizzas are enough to satisfy a family of three (or one that doesn't include me) with a couple slices left over for breakfast, so you can't say anything bad about the value of Domino's pizza (4). The thin crust pepperoni pizza would have been a 4 had the crust not been burned, but it was still worthy of a 3. The deep dish pizza was a letdown - needed more cheese and some flavour, but was still a lot of food for under $6. I rate it a 2.5. I recall that The Hiding Foodster encountered one dud, where the others were great. Thus, I'll probably give Domino's one more shot at another location before I write them off. Unlikely that I will return to the West End outlet.

I missed a phone call after I placed my order, then I called back and was told that they @didn't call me. When I went to the store on time, I found that my order is cancelled because I didn't answer the phone call!!! With no apology!!! And the staff was so rude!!!
The Good: I've never received the wrong order from this location, and the pizzas are generally good quality, well cooked and well presented.
