Chermside Tavern - Brisbane

Had the beef pie and yum! Staff were pleasant too. Quality of alcohol well above the usual tavern experience.

The tavern has a large variety of meals and drinks and the location is very convenient for patrons. I enjoyed a Margharita pizza and my friends had other meals which they all enjoyed. For a first time visit it gave a good general impression and...the service was also quite courteous.

Totally returning for another steak and avocado wrap! Totally yum really big but I didn’t leave any! We entered from the food court and the staff were totally cool with teenager joining us with her alternately sourced lunch! Wide variety on the menu and...seniors’ specials! Very nice!

Ordered a “naked schnitzel” (grilled chicken breast) and thought that was the reason my serving was so small but someone else at my table ordered an actual schnitzel and it too was small. Plenty of chips, I guess potatoes are cheap! Service was also extremely...slow and some people at our table had finished eating while others were still chasing up their orders. A few incorrect orders were brought to our table.

Last week on our weekly visit. We are told they no longer do Fillet Steak at all........really... We find this amazing. AND the butternut, pumpkin salad is no longer available which was yummy. Not happy...... We come with of a table of sometimes people...every Week. So very disappointing.
