Pickle's Grill - Brimley

Ate there earlier today for dinner (Saturday, June 30th, 2018 with my mother who was up from Toledo visiting. First of all, the staff is absolutely phenomenal, and I used to work in high traffic casual dining for several years. I see what all the hype is about regarding this place. We drove past around 6 and it was packed, so we took the scenic byway drive and came back around 9. Still packed, and we soon found out it was for good reason. We sat ourselves out on the patio, and the manager (bigger muscular guy, mid 30s maybe 40, red shirt (if the owner reads this gave us menus and told us the waitress would be right with us. 8 or so minutes later (again, they were packed and the waitresses were working hard he came back around and apologized that we hadn 't been helped and took our drink order. The waitress then brought the drinks out and apologized. They were packed and this was literally just a few minutes after we had sat down. We split the Whitefish tacos (5* and I had the French Onion soup and she had the white chili. Both were top notch. They accidentally brought my mom a bowl instead of a cup, and when she asked about it, the waitress said oh geez, I 'll take off the difference in price, I apologize. We also had their famous Frickles (deep fried pickles , and the seasoned batter made them can 't miss . Best dining experience I 've had in a long time.

So glad this restaurant was recommended to us by a local. We were impressed by the staff and very happy with our food. The calamari was fantastic, the perch very tasty, the onion straws, coleslaw, chicken sandwich all very good. My mojito was not watered down and they had a good selection of domestic and craft beer. My only regret... I wish I could have tried the poutine!

Big portions of delicious food. An incredibly long list of beverage choices. Fast, courteous service with a personal welcome from the owner. Truly great place to eat, drink and relax with family and friends.

We had a fabulous time at Pickles! Beautiful view and we loved having the option to sit outside. The food was great and so was the service. We even got to participate in a corn hole tournament. Great Experience!

I thought it was pretty good we had the frickles and I really like them it had an all right atmosphere and the fish tank was cute. My only gripe is that I wanted to Sunday but they said the ice cream was freezer burnt. I just think if you have items on the menu they should always be fresh but other than that it was good.
