Back Bay Grill Games - Brimley

This review is just on the Back Bay Grill and Bar. If I could give it zero stars I would. Me and my Aunt waited to be seated 15 minutes. Lots of open tables, lots of staff behind the bar. No hostess in sight. So after 15 minutes a bartender goes back into the side room and asks if they are running a waitlist. By this time the line has grown to at least 5 or 6 tables of people wanting to eat. The bartender emerges with the hostess, a guy named Alex, a minute later. She has clearly woken Alex up and he can barely walk straight he is so out of it. You can see it clearly on his face, he was asleep! Suffice it to say we left and took our business down to Pickles. Everyone is awake there! This was my first and last time to ever try the Back Bay Bar and Grill.

Love this casino hotel. Very clean the staff is great. They have two Restaurants and they are both good

I just had the Greatest Breakfast I've ever eaten. The Prime Rib with poached eggs, mushrooms and spinach. Wow! Done to perfection. Highly recommend. Thank you Bay Mills for an Amazing weekend.

The casino is the only one in Michigan that serves FREE drinks while you gamble. As of 08/2017, it also gives you $5 of credit to gamble with on your first visit. Additional promotions seem to apply if you're there the month of your birthday or wedding anniversary. The part of the hotel I stayed in (400's rooms) was dark, not updated, and had a stale tobacco aroma everywhere. Fortunately it was warm out and my window opened. But when I first arrived, my room smelled like a bad hangover. Hotel and casino staff were very pleasant and helpful. Guests were mostly grumpy, senior citizen chain smokers.

The hotel and restaurant are very nice. The breakfast is very tasty. They offer many different food choices. The prime rib mixed with the the potatoes are a good mixture. The service is very good. I highly recommend the restaurant and the staff are very good. The casino on the other hand is very tight. Not much to compliment about the gambling.
