Charlie's Bistro - Brighton

Pretty good. daughter had the wagyu burger she said was excellent. the wife had the lasagne who was disappointing, mostly sauce and baked leaves. I had the rib fillet, it was a bit over cooked, but super tasty and very delicate and the chips were pure magie! great friendly service.

Guide the hotel with a bistro that is best described as a diamond in the rough. the food was great. hotel rooms we will say very original to the 1970s and show a lot of wear. the phone system is dodgy, so don't call to book, just pop up.

As far as the suburban pubs are concerned, this is a good thing, good food, good choice of drinks, reasonable prices with regard to the economies of scale.

Excellent meals, fantastic staff. We had an awesome time.
