Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Brigham City

The quesadilla was fantastic, and our food arrived piping hot.

The tres leches cake was missing whipped cream and strawberries.

The burrito fell apart as soon as I picked it up, and the tortilla was a bit undercooked. However, the food was still delicious, and I was so hungry that it hit the spot!

I ordered nachos and two salads, and if you're familiar with the packaging, you know how tall those boxes are. Unfortunately, the drive-thru staff decided that stacking all three tall and slippery boxes on top of each other was a clever idea. As a result, the precariously stacked bag tipped over, spilling an entire container of ranch dressing and creating a mess inside the bag that also dripped onto the seat, ruining one of the $11 salads. Despite my frustration, the nachos were disappointing as well, made with stale chips that tasted like they had been sitting out all day. In the end, out of my $33 order, I was left with only $11 worth of food that wasn’t spoiled.

I had the red chili beef burrito, and it was delicious! The food is made fresh right in front of you, and the service was friendly and quick. Even though it's technically a fast food chain, the atmosphere was pleasantly relaxing for dining in.
