Hug-hes Cafe - North Ogden

Just got a to go order and drive off and started to eat our food. We got a burger that was completely pink almost all the way through! Had us gagging from how rare it was.. no way this burger was on the grill for longer than 30 seconds. It was raw and cold in the middle. Come on Hug Hes, this is unacceptable and crazy dangerous to serve raw hamburger! Meal type: Dinner

They were able to accommodate a large party. Great service and everyone enjoyed their food.

Ordered the smoked chicken and pasta salad, is an amazing dish I won?t lie, would highly recommend cubed mozzarella cheese, would probably kill for that plate, the chicken cranpeno sandwich is terrible though, always sounds amazing, always gets shorted on the sauce, Utahns are big on sauce and you know this, please, please please add the sauce, don?t advertise it and not give it, we NEVER get the sauce, WHAT IS THE CRANPENO CHICKEN when it?s just sliced deli chicken and lettuce?? What are we missing? , PLEASE ADD THE CRANPENO what ever that may be, WHERE?? Where is the sauce??? There is ZERO sauce, south Ogden gives the sauce, is the sauce deducted from payroll? Guys?? The SAUCE! Please?!! Both side are MISSING.

I love your restaurant but thought you should know we had a horrible experience today. The pasta salad was much smaller than usual and the pasta was not completely cooked. I am adding a picture of how our cookies arrived. So disappointed
