Order wasn't made rightAsk for no sour cream...all had sour creamCan't even get order right

Came in to get my bell on. Come to find out...nobody staffs the counter anymore, so I was told. The employees were sitting in the dining room area, and one staff member was taking orders sitting at a table. One guy was in the corner sleeping. The floor was nasty and so sticky around the fountain machine, I thought I was going to lose my shoe. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, WILL NOT RETURN

Rude drive through employee on 3/5/24 at 9 p.m.If certain sauces cost extra they should ask if you'd like any sauces at the speaker instead of telling you at the window that he won't get it for you after waiting till the window to ask if we needed any

Unfortunately the people there are prejudiced they do not like white people the service sucks when it comes to a white person going through the drive-thru rude throw your food at you don't give you sauce will not give you sour cream or avocado it's an awful experience there I stopped going a long time agoDietary restrictions: They never have any idea what you're talking

Absolutely worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the displeasure of unfortunately visiting. EXTREMELY slow service, they make you wait forever to even take your order and when they finally do they screw your order up and leave times out of the bag. Get it together!! Corporate needs to be contacted to get this particular branch back on track. I will be contacting corporate about the absolute lack of customer service. This place is an embarrassment. Good luck guys corporate will hear of this!
