Nandos - Brent

Visited with some work friends for my birthday. Enjoyed food but service was exceptional! We were greeted by a lady with shortish blond hair and who could not do enough to accommodate us. In fact all staff were really helpful and friendly; asking if all ok but not in your face. Haven 't been to Nandos in years, so not sure if this is standard in every one but will certainly visit this Nandos again. They could certain give some so called more prestigious restaurants tips on customer service!

The worst food I have ever had, the food was cold. The staff were standing around talking with customer's food in their hands.

You simply can't go wrong with this place, good service, great food and the best sauces Been any times and will return many times more

Large restaurant, outside seating area. staff all friendly helpful , quick service. Lovely food , good portion size

We waited about 45 minutes to get seated, but we expected that as it was a march day. The queue was managed very well. Once we were seated, I placed our order and the food was delivered in about 5 minutes! As you would expect from Nandos, very tasty chicken indeed! All the staff were great too.
