Mcdonald's Restaurants - Brent

The men's restroom was extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. It really ruined my meal at MacDonalds and has deterred me from dining at any of their locations in the future.

The place doesn't look very clean, and the food is very greasy and tasteless. The fish burgers were a strange taste, not Cod but a cheaper type. The toilets are positively disgusting, do not use at any cost. The electronic sign to show which orders are ready was not working, and none of the staff that were handling food were wearing food handling gloves. I will not be eating in there ever again.

The hygiene at this restaurant is a major concern and very worrying. I believe the food is at risk of being contaminated with toilet bacteria, so I strongly advise against eating here. The fact that there is a public toilet connected to the food delivery entrance is quite disgusting. The kitchen door and public toilets are left open, allowing for direct contamination of the food. The management is fully aware of this issue but chooses to ignore it. The state of the toilets is appalling and this restaurant should not be in operation. The food quality is also extremely poor, being either cold, wet, or overly dry. This establishment requires new management and immediate inspection by government officials.

No fork but knife. So I dont know how to eat salad with knife. Went to ask on counter and they said no more fork onboard.

I can't understand why the buns are always stale at this restaurant. I live nearby and go there somewhat regularly. Despite the large queues, they usually move through them fairly quickly (although there may be a 10-minute wait during busy times). I just wish the buns were fresh.
