Mcdonalds Bracknell High Street

Absolutely disgusting, ordered via Uber eats and it took 35 minutes from collection to delivery, food was stone cold, complained to Uber eats and they appreciated my patience? Will never use either of these companies again and would strongly advise you not to either.

Big mac tasted horrible, opened bun to find big mac sauce , tomatoe sauce and mustard ,a horrible combination hence why this is not supposed to be in this burger. Nuggets were below room temperature and sauces were again , the sauces missing is a constant issue with this branch ,at best the nuggets are bland and the sauces make or break it . Chips were also missing . Delivery went in bin and we ordered a pizza , a waste on money and an hour of waiting time .

Great service, hand sanitizer available, promoted to check in for NHS track and trace; we did already do this while waiting to enter but was great they was encouraging this.

Food took a long time to be prepared as there were so many delivery orders going out. Chips were cold. For the happy meal, asked for book instead of toy but got given toy anyway.

Popped in for a quick small cheeseburger small fries and hot choc. How simple can it be. The restaurant certainly was not busy. Ordered on the big screen and paid, then waited and waited and waited and waited..... Staff working at slow pace and looking miserable. Something totally wrong with the management here. Fast food it is NOT. Thought we would try out new location but will not be revisiting.
