Master Liu Charcoal Bbq

Bought a takeaway Roast Duck for dinner. I roasted it in the oven to crisp the skin and plated the Duck. This meaty Duck is perfectly seasoned and very tasty. Delicious and highly recommended!

This is our favourite BBQ Meats outlet in Brisbane. @Phuong Tran decides on a strip of Roast Pork. Service is quick and we are out of the store in under 4 minutes. The Pork Belly is lean and the crackling is super crunchy. Delicious!

Have not been back for quite a while. After the shopping at the Yuen’s market the other day, we craved to have some bbq meat for our dinner and this bbq shop located just next door so gave it a go. Due to the restriction of social distance. There was a queue outside the shop for take away order. However, it did not take a long time to be our turn. Went in and noticed that it is again running by a new management with friendly staff. Then I saw a reasonable size of roasted pork hanging at the display window so ordered it with additional four of those bbq chicken wings. Maybe we have missed these two items for a long time, they are extraordinary good in terms of taste and the crispy skin of roast pork. I think we should come regularly for bbq meat in the future.? Roast duck and crackled pork from this store are a lifesaver when no one wants to cook. Most people (like us) buy the meat and then prepare rice and vegetables to go along with it at home.

Our family’s favourite HK BBQ meats outlet! It is a busy day with patrons coming and going. I wait 90 seconds to be served and I ask for a Roast Duck and a strip of Roast Pork.
