This place is on Uber Eats as Tick-Tock Tikka House. It was horrible! My order was missing my garlic naan. The Chicken Tikka was not at all worth $19. The presentation was disgusting, the portion size was just disrespectful. This is what was delivered to me. Yes you are seeing correctly, I had not taken 1 bite. Don’t waste your time or money.

Well, you take risks sometimes with small restaurants with a mixed bag of reviews. Some are hits and some are misses. This one was a miss. I would not recommend. Detailed review below:First, the website is a joke. Do not waste your time ordering on it. I placed an order and got a PayPal receipt with no order details and the recipient listed as an individual (not a business . I thought this was strange so I called the restaurant. Good thing I did.The staff member that I spoke to was polite, but let me know that the online orders do not make it to the restaurant. I had to place my order again on the phone and the person let me know that half the things I ordered online were not available. Again, nice enough guy. He sounded a little exasperated, as if he knew this was a messed up way to do business in 2022. I placed an order the best I could with the substitutes offered that roughly summed up to the original purchase price (the substitute foods were indeed cheaper than the food purchased online .Some positives: The food was prepped quickly. The employee called me personally to let me know the food was ready for pick up. That kind of personal touch is hard to find now.The restaurant was clean and empty. It looked like only one person was working there. The food was neatly packed in bags waiting for me.When I brought the stuff to the house I was missing about $25 bucks worth of food. I do think this was an honest mistake. (Well, if advertising a fake menu with unavailable food with an online payment/ordering system that doesn’t connect to the restaurant could be called honest. But I do not think it was malicious or on purpose. Just a broken system.Now, to discuss the food:Let me first say this: this was not bargain priced Indian food. I have had amazing food at about $20 a plate at dozens of Indian restaurants across the country. Typically, I love going to small family owned Indian restaurants.The bread on the bbq sandwich was stale and burnt: inedible. The beef was dry and sauce was decent enough. The person eating it could not finish the sandwich due to the staleness/hardness of the bread. I was excited to see that the paneer was not cottage cheese as described on the website, but actual cheese chucks. The spinach sauce was uninspired but edible.The samosas were the best part: fresh, good flavor, flakey crust. No complaints there. The chicken curry wasn’t bad…there were several small bones in it so be careful if you feed to kids unsupervised. If you order mild spice be prepared for very mild. Mac n cheese was odd looking. Looked and tasted like boiled noodles with a bit of cheese on it. It was consistent with the other photos and reviews online.Overall, very underwhelming in ways that could be fixed pretty easily.I would not recommend.

Their pulled pork sandwiches are delicious. The brisket is very tender as well!!?

Rating based off of service. Not food. I’ve been coming here since it first opened. Absolutely LOVED the food. Haven’t been there since the new changes until now. Got really excited thinking about their ribs, Mac Cheese, baked beans, corn bread, etc. But sadly, it’s just not the same. I had high expectations. I expected Chucks food. Honestly the new cooks aren’t horrible. It’s just not what it used to be. But I really want to comment on the new owner. He is very kind understanding. When we got our order finally got home to eat realized it wasn’t what we were expecting, we came back to explain it to him fully refunded us. Even for the drinks we kept gave us a free dessert. We felt bad for returning the food (because were just not those type of people) but it’s just not for us. But this won’t be the last time we come here. Now that we know how the food is what to expect, we’ll try some other choices on the menu. They deserve a second chance.

Food was absolutely amazing! Very family friendly and I will surely recommend to all my friends. I would like to thank the staff for their kindness to me and my family!!
