Bidrage med feedbackThis has nothing to do with the location. They are all great here. Staff was friendly and welcoming! It's the fact that Starbucks refuses to listen to there customers! They need to change out the refreshers already! Why is it they rotate out the coffee menu? But not the refreshers? Bring back the Lime. Bring back the orange. Bring back the Hibiscus!
Couldn't make my mind up. I'm not a Starbucks guy. Staff was helpful with making up my mind. Got the decaf latte, it was late. They're were quite friendly and not rude to us seeing that we stayed after close too.
Made an online order to pick up in store cause their drive thru is always slow. Arrived and they had closed the lobby for short staff and forcing everyone through the drive thru. I can understand not taking orders inside but why can't I pick my hot coffee up inside in a timely faction? Instead it took almost 20 min in the drive thru and it was cold by the time I got it. Since I ordered ahead it was already paid for, which is the only reason I waited.
My daughter and I are always so excited to get here and get the new flavors for Christmas, we go every year for the past few years now and we know that when the new drinks come out it's gonna be hectic...this year seems to be the worst as they were pretty understaffed.I feel bad for the employees that were running around like chickens with their heads cut off! but then our drinks didn't look right and they tasted very different from what we ordered a
This Starbucks location is never slipping on the lively customer service. They are always so pleasant and definitely helpful with my coffee ignorance. ?Keep up the good work.
