Salt - Boulder

Salt is always one of the best places in Boulder! We had another fabulous meal and incredible service, as always.

Had a great meal and fun time at SALT. My friend and I ate at the bar. We enjoyed the delicious mussels and the vegetarian plate. The drinks were outstanding as well. Highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best veggie burgers I’ve ever had. I cannot wait to go back. Our server katie was terrific. Also really enjoyed the mocktail I got.Vegetarian options: A PHENOMENAL house made veggie burger.

Hands down the BEST pork chop of my 30 years on this planet. Not dry, perfectly seasoned. Pairs great with the creamy polenta and Cabernet butter. If you don’t like it, I’ll personally reimburse you for it.

The food was just ok, and kinda pricey. But that comes with any place paying the high Renta of Pearl Street in Boulder.The burger was a bit overcooked and kinda chewy.The service was great. Fast, friendly and unintrusive.
