IL Pastaio - Boulder

Every meal is delicious! I’ve tasted four entrees the shrimp, mushrooms and pappardelle is my favorite! The gazpacho’s out of this world. Just wish they had a dollop of sour cream on it lol

I’m glad I found this spot while in the area to drop my son off to college. The food was delicious and the ladies that worked there are the absolute sweetest.

If you like fresh “homemade” Italian. Reservations highly recommended. Limited seating. Not open on weekends.

Food is great, big portion, reasonable price. Had the lunch special — beef lasagna (dense) with spicy tomato sauce, salad, Brussels sprouts, and a roll. It’s served cafeteria style. Super delicious and tasted fresh (from that day). Will definitely be coming back when I’m in Boulder again.

Best Italian food we’ve had except maybe a few dishes in Italy. The pasta was amazing and so was the chicken Parmesan eggplant parm. We will be back to try more! Great service as well.
