Rakkan Ramen-redondo Beach - Boulder

This place is exactly what Boulder needs! I've been looking for a good ramen place and so excited that they opened up. Food was delicious, the broth is rich, vegetarian and has tons of flavor. The noodles are amazing! Loved the TOGO GARNET Ramen dish and the staff were super friendly! We also ordered Brussels Sprouts Hot Salad. Definitely visit here is you are looking for a quick and tasty meal, you will not be disappointed!

If you like ramen, this is the place to go! Great selection of ramen and they all taste amazing. The staff is very friendly and if you?re unfamiliar with anything they are always happy to help. Great for takeout as well and super fast!

Good Ramen in Boulder Rakkan is unusual in that their broth is vegetable based as compared to the typical pork/chicken bone stock. This gives a broader variety of options that include pure vegan ramen options as well as the more common pork based ones. We ordered take out on a few occasions, loved it, and look forward to dining in and having the noodles served up fresh next visit!

Ramen was pretty good. They have some good menu options not just pho. Fried chicken rice bowl is delicious ?????? the waiters were great, it was busy but they were hustling.

Absolutely amazing experience. Everyone there was polite and very attentive. As soon as I walked in the door I was approached and helped to a seat. I ordered pork buns as an appetizer and I was a little surprised and impressed by the presentation. It was an open face concept steamed bun, topped with 2 slices of pork and spring mix lettuce drizzled with an umami glaze and sprinkled with sesame seeds. For my Entre I saw they had a combo for any bowl of Ramen and one sidefor $21.95. I decided to go with Miso Ramen and Spicy Beef Gyoza. Everything showed up promptly after I ordered, several minutes at most. The Gyoza were nice and fresh, still steaming hot from the deep fryer, I enjoyed the seasoning and thespiciness wasn't overpowering. The Miso Ramen was great the broth had good flavor, although I felt it could have been a bit stronger. The pork was nice and tender and the egg cook perfectly. It was a decent sized bowl as well. All in all ispent under $50 for just myself including tip, however I have a large appetite and most wouldn't order an appetizer and combo meal for themselves.
