Mandala Infusion - Boulder

We LOVE Mandala Infusion. It was New Year's Eve, so the usual wait staff was not working but the young stand-ins were charming, if not completely proficient. I have had many meals there and naturally, like some better than others, but return regularly for the atmosphere, cuisine and friendly service.

We have really enjoyed coming in for dinner and the fried chicken is really unique, and very tasty. Looking forward to trying the curry at next visit!
