Ume Sushi - Bolton

We ordered the hurricane sushi together with a few others in the last orders, so good.. Last order we have the Calamari. What a disappointment. 6 broken rings in a small pull-out box. $12.00. Had Calamari ordered from Bolton's Jack's last night, what a treat. Large box, scattered Calamari, scattered sharp pepper rings, sprinkled with onions and fresh peppers, included a sweet pepper sauce and tzatziki sauce for $12.00. No comparison. Look at Jack's Calamari, I wish I had a photo.

It has often been back in this restaurant, especially after trying other restaurants. Never have a disappointing meal in this restaurant.

I had to get my fish between the meetings. The hot items came hot and all sushi came cold. It's a DIFFERENCE WORLD! Appetizers of Kalbi ribs, shrimp sio mai, sashimi, free single truffle-shaped deep roasted crab meat, tuna and salmon and WAY TOO MANY spicy mai. I've been overriding as usual. The dish of spicy tuna, salmon and crabs maki ALL will be dinner for tonight! Excellent sushi and Korean can be found at Ume Sushi in Bolton! Everything is delicious here and the quality is excellent. The prices are amazingly fair. Service is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. You have added an efficient service perk to each table. I am sincerely confused with some of the reviews I have just experienced about this facility. This is the best sushi in Bolton. I know everyone has their taste of sushi. So let me explain. If you are similar, this is the place for... You. 1. I don't like to be a ton of rice often sushi facilities try to fill you on rice because they are all you can eat. It's not. And not. You get what you pay for. Phenomenal Sushi for a fair price. 2. The fish is fresh. I ordered hundreds of paints from Ume. I know people who are exaggerated to say hundreds. But that's not an exaggeration. I never had any fish that seemed under or overcooked or old. Fresh fish. 3. The service is amazing. Every time I come in, the boss greets me and thank me for my business. And the staff is very friendly. I also ate in Ume with my girlfriend and the food was amazing as usual. If you come here, I guarantee you'll come back. Repeat the business is what it is about. Great sushi. Fair price. Great service. I would never replace Ume. And if they ever go, I honestly don't know what I would do. Keep it on Ume Sushi. I'll call you out soon.

In town with a girlfriend for business. we didn't feel like driving far having been on the road all day. saw this place and thought we would try. we were very pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw the very quaint and welcoming decor...and friendly service. prices very reasonable and good variety. would definitely go back.
