Tesco Cafe - Bolsover

We are always pleased to dine at this restaurant, year after year.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly helpful and courteous, making it a fantastic business that comes highly recommended. The customer service I received on a very busy Saturday was the best I've ever encountered. One of the managers noticed me struggling with a large shopping cart at the cash register and immediately went to get me a second cart to help with my scanned shopping items. They even sanitized the steering bar for me!

I believe the cafe may be closing soon due to a lack of customers. Since my last visit in December, the quality has declined. I heard from tripadvisor that the cafe should only be offering toasties, chips, and hot drinks as they needed to clean their equipment. I ordered a mozzarella toastie, chips, and a mocha, but the waitress later informed me they were out of mozzarella. I ended up settling for whatever they had available. The service was slow as I was the only customer there. I had to ask for condiments as they were not displayed. The food and drink were mediocre at best. I may only return for convenience sake. An all-day breakfast. it wasn't the best, but it was better than some. the tables were not cleaned for minutes. only the staff was in service. eating was decent, not to be fair, but tasted okay, but. because it was a good one. see the photo.

I'll find you. it is up on the back and down, but once you find it, it is great for a fast cuppa . limited menu, but served on their table and hot. can't really ask for more
