Bidrage med feedbackThe carne asada is quite good, with both types of cheese. Each in our party was happy with their eating, from garnel to bark to salate, all served on a patacon. drinks were not my favorites.
Eating is good and can be divided as the meal times are great. they have natural limonades and juices, very tasty.
When I arrived, 5 employees stood at the door and spoke. I passed them and stood there. No confirmation until I asked one of them if I should sit and he only scrubs his shoulders (by the way I speak Spanish, so... it's not a question of a language barrier.) I sat down and the server gave me a list of items that are not available in the menu because they did not arrive: chicharrons, ribs and others. I ordered the soup. While delicious, it was warm. The main course I ordered was the Patacon Paisa, who was delicious (they replaced the chicharrons with a cold sausage) and I enjoyed it. But since it comes to services, and I'm really in service, it was very lacking. Staff will disappear for a long time or gather at the entrance of the TV to see the Wimbledon couples finale. Not even someone came to offer me another beer, check out my food and, indeed, after bringing me the main course, the soup bowl was empty in my table, while servers consisted of conversations with other staff or on their radios. They'll disappear. I literally had to come from my table to ask for the check. While the food was pretty good, I would try other places that the hotel recommended next time.
This place has some amazing-looking dishes. I only ate a few and the ones on nearby tables looked even better. I thought the appetizer arepas were kind of bland. The patacon I had was fantastic. Service is friendly and profession but maybe a little on...the forgetful side.
Nice atmosphere and even better food here. I had chicken served on a plate made of plantains- you get to eat the plate! Plenty of great local foods here,
