We were told about El Barrio in our bed and breakfast that was nearby. It was a simple walk. That was the only restaurant that gave us an English menu that was great. The waiter Joshua spoke English and was very attentive. We all enjoyed the meals we ordered, the ribs were great. We tried to go a second time, but they're closed on Sundays....
Our hotel host took us here and we fell in love the moment we stepped into the door. Great ambience, solid menu with great diversity, wonderful staff and great owner who warmthly welcome us. The food can be descrived as simply delicious and well-presented, worthy of a 5-star restaurant comparatives. I absolutely will recommend this Resto to anyone who will come and visit Bogota. 10 star.
El ambiente y la comida son buenos , pero la experiencia se puede ver opacada por el olor y humo de cigarrillo ya que contrariando la ley permiten fumar en espacios fumados y en el momento de ofrecer la ubicación de la mesa no advierten de ese detalle.
El Barrio es un restaurante bastante peculiar ubicado en el barrio la soledad. Su comida es maravillosa y se nota el esfuerzo de sus chefs por sorprender a los comensales. La decoración del lugar es fantástica y permite que se preste para cualquier ocasión, desde un almuerzo común hasta una reunión importante o una celebración. Los precios son razonables y el menú ejecutivo es bastante económico, delicioso y de buen tamaño.
