Benditas Alas - Bogotá

I ordered a burger combo that I expected to be a bit bigger. The burger is simple, but not bad. Do not expect to end with a full stomach if you are a good eater. The French frying part that comes with the combo is small, as well as the coke. Although small, Pommes were pretty good. My friend was very happy with the wings. The service was not the best. They mixed 2 out of the 5 orders we made, although at the moment we were the only table. I would recommend coming here if you feel like eating wings. If not, there may be better places. Nor would I come here if I were very hungry.

If you are looking for wings, this is the place to go. Benditas Alas was reopened in November and is located in a hole in the wall in the heart of La Candelaria (Cra. 5 Calle 12). For COP 10,000 you get 5 wings (10 pieces with 1 sauce (including BBQ, Teriyaki, Maracuya (passion fruit, whisky smoker, etc.). There is also a deal for 10 pieces, frits and a soda for COP 13.500. Amazing, the guy who answers the phone, promotes the place to passersby, cook, serves and rings you up are one and the same person. Very impressive. We had wings with the BBQ and Maracuya sauce, plus Fritten and were quite satisfied. Maybe the best thing is that you get plastic gloves with your meal. It is the best feeling to take off your gloves at the end of a sloppy meal and not wash your hands!
