I've been there for a long time and I think it's one of the few places where you can find sushi well prepared, with a well-made rice and fresh products. While the variety is small (they don't have so much variety of fish) is of quality and you can find for example tamago (very rich)! Also hot dishes are exquisite! Ramen or katsudon are very good!Obviously don't expect Chilean-type suhis, but somehow you can do them as you can choose the ingredients. I recommend it 100%!
Gratefully surprised.I bought only because the sushi I asked didn't come and was already craving.A wonder! When the cook told me it was 8 pieces, I thought it was very little and I asked for goose as well.It turned out that the tempura replenished him piece by piece, leaving him exquisite and blunt. And the gyosas, which everywhere are only 5 pieces, were a tray with at least a dozen and giants.I paid with restaurant tickets and delayed 15 minutes to be ready for retirement.
Sushi Matsu won't let me down! Picada of Japanese owner and chef who has maintained their quality for years.. They have a sushi place next to the Columbus metro, in tobalaba (in that I recommend asking for delivery, as it is not very cozy) and another Japanese food in Simón Bolívar which is very nice to eat in the local. The products are of first quality, sell some gyosas that are a delicacy and the sarosisimas colaciones, plus always everything is muuuy cool! Sushi is also my favorite, perfect rice without so many ingredients but with a lot of filling! There's nothing I don't recommend from the menu. If I could give you more points I would give you more!!
Fresh products and generous rolls. Rice is the best I've ever tasted. Tempura is a chocolate, tempering each piece separately. Gyosas are homemade and highly recommended. It is not a pretensive place, I recommend you to take, but what stands out is 100% the simplicity and quality of your food. They have a place in Simon Bolivar where they sell typical Japanese dishes and are wonderful!
