Rae's Cafe - Blue Springs

While on our way to our usual breakfast spot, we noticed a bustling crowd at Rae, a restaurant that is typically quiet. We decided to give it a try and were not disappointed. The atmosphere was excellent, the service was superb, and the food was delicious. We inquired about the cinnamon and were pleasantly surprised when they brought us a cinnamon roll right to our table. It was light and tasty, truly mouthwatering. Our order included a huge pancake for breakfast that we couldn't even finish. We are looking forward to going back for lunch - the fried chicken must be amazing!

If you try the zimtrolle at this restaurant, you will not be disappointed! The homemade cookies and gravy are delicious. Support this place so they can thrive. We drove for minutes to dine here and it was definitely worth it!
